Remember, to wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds before you eat, after you use the bathroom, after touching public property or other surfaces. You can also use hand sanitizer to further protect yourself from germs. Remember that cleaning products (disinfectants) are intended for external use only. If you cannot get disinfectant cleaning products, bleach and regular hand or dish soap (with warm water) works amazingly well. NEVER mix bleach with ammonia-the fumes could literally kill you! These steps can help you prevent cold and flus, the Corona Virus, as well as, other viruses.
